Description

Alpha® PVA MS style is a top - notch dry polishing system designed for marble edge polishing. It's perfect for baseboard, corner, and countertop edge work, and also great for on - site touch - ups. This fast - acting and long - lasting product is user - friendly and compatible with most common high - speed grinders. It can be used on ceramics, woods, metals, and even for paint removal as it won't clog. Marble shops will find it highly effective on contours, edges, and irregular surfaces. Tile and floor installers will love its performance on baseboard tile profiled edges. It works wonders when used with the Marble Profile Wheel. Formulated with silicon carbide abrasive and a polyvinyl alcohol bond that's color - coded for easy operation, it offers a long lifespan at an affordable price. The PVA system provides a beautiful polish on marble edges without the hassle of wet polishing. It's also the best solution for glass tile and can polish stainless steel to a mirror - like finish. Available in 4' discs with grits ranging from extra coarse to extra fine and a 5/8'-11 arbor (some with 5/8' arbor).

Using Alpha PVA MS Style is easy. First, make sure your grinder is suitable for this product. Then, choose the right grit disc according to your polishing needs. For rough surfaces, start with an extra - coarse grit and gradually move to finer grits for a smooth finish. When using it for paint removal, just attach the disc to your grinder and start working on the painted area. It won't clog, so you can work continuously. When working on marble edges, corners, or other surfaces, keep the grinder moving evenly to avoid uneven polishing. Remember to always wear appropriate safety gear like goggles and gloves. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the disc to remove any debris. Store it in a dry place to ensure its long - term performance. If you notice the disc isn't working as effectively, it might be time to replace it.
