Economical Overhead Door Warning Barriers

Our cost - effective overhead door warning barriers are a great solution to safeguard overhead doors from daily traffic of fork trucks and other vehicles. This is designed as a warning system rather than a fork truck stop. It features tubular steel uprights and a 4' x 4' wooden beam at the top. The wooden beam can be replaced easily and inexpensively if damaged. It won't interfere with the operation of overhead doors. The whole unit is painted in high - visibility OSHA safety yellow. A concrete installation kit is available. We offer different models: DWB - 1010 (10 X 10 FT), DWB - 810 (8 X 10 FT), DWB - 88 (8 X 8 FT), and DWB - 910 (9 X 10 FT), all with an upright diameter of 4 x 4 inches and different net weights (505 lbs, 475 lbs, 358 lbs, and 490 lbs respectively).

Using our overhead door warning barriers is easy. First, use the provided concrete installation kit to install the barriers in the desired location. Make sure the area is clear of any obstacles. The barriers are mainly for warning fork trucks and other traffic, not to stop them forcefully. When the wooden beam gets damaged, you can easily replace it by removing the old one and installing a new 4' x 4' wooden beam. Keep an eye on the condition of the tubular steel uprights. If you notice any signs of rust or damage, you can use a rust - resistant paint to touch up. Regularly check the overall stability of the barriers. If the barriers are loose, tighten the installation parts. Also, always follow OSHA safety regulations when using these barriers.
