Using this brake is easy. First, make sure your ironworker is one of the compatible models (55 - ton, 65 - ton, 100 - ton Deluxe, 120 - ton, or 110 - 65 Elite Dual Operator). Then, attach the bottom brake die to the mounting table using the brackets and bolts. Select the appropriate four - way die according to the material thickness (1/16', 1/8', 3/16', or 1/4') you want to bend. Place your material in position and use the ironworker's electric stroke control in combination with the brake tooling to achieve repeatable 90° bends. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the bolts on the brackets to ensure they are tight. Also, keep the brake tooling clean to prevent any build - up that might affect its performance. And always follow the safety instructions of your ironworker machine while using this brake.
