These Alpha® CNC finger bits are easy to use. First, choose the right bit for your material thickness from the two available lengths. Attach the bit to your tool holder using the 1/2' gas thread. Then, set your CNC machine or radial arm workstation to the appropriate RPM (maximum 6,000 for these bits). When using, make sure to cut Dekton®, crystallized glass, or other vitreous materials slowly and steadily to avoid blow - outs. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the bit with a soft brush to remove any debris. Store it in a dry place to prevent rusting. Also, always follow the safety guidelines of your machine and wear proper protective gear when operating.
