Let the surface dry for at least 24 hours (48 hours after power - washing or in cool weather). New concrete pavers should cure for 14 days or more. Applying to a damp or uncured surface can cause a hazy look or poor adhesion. After tamping joint sand and cleaning, ensure the sand is at least 1/8 inch below the paver surface and fully dry. Test small areas first. Use a garden sprayer, low - pressure airless sprayer, brush, short - nap roller, or squeegee to apply. Apply one liberal coat to flood the joints. Use a squeegee to remove excess sealer when sealing sand. In moist, cool climates, allow more drying time. You can apply a second coat after two hours for more protection and gloss. Re - coat as needed. Add our Grip ‘n Seal Slip Resistance Additive to the second coat for more slip resistance. Coverage is 75 to 150 square feet per gallon, depending on surface porosity and application method. Apply at 45°F - 90°F. Air and surface temp should be above 45°F 24 hours before and after. Clean applicators with water right after use. Don't apply to immersed areas like fountains or pools, or on porcelain, polished stone, granite, or marble. This is for professional use only.
