Vertical Grinding Wheel for a Perfect 90-Degree Edge
The Alpha® Contour blade, when paired with the AWS-125 Stone Cutter, enables fabricators to cut sink holes along the cut line quickly and safely. To shape edges into the desired profile, Alpha® presents the Profiler Z-Series Vertical Grinding Wheels, also known as Zero Tolerance or Drum Grinding. Unlike most competing products that use sintered bond and distort the vertical edge over time, our Profiler Z-Series maintains aggressive cutting performance and its original shape for a long time. We suggest using this Vertical Grinding Wheel with a Corner Ruler to create uniform exterior corners.

Using the Alpha Z-Series Vertical Grinding Wheel is easy. First, pair it with the AWS-125 Stone Cutter and the Alpha® Contour blade to cut sink holes. Then, attach the wheel to a popular water-fed polisher. When shaping edges, use a Corner Ruler for uniform exterior corners. Always keep the RPM below the maximum 3,500. For maintenance, after each use, clean the wheel and make sure the internal water passage holes are clear. Store it in a dry place to avoid damage. Also, check the shape regularly to ensure it maintains zero tolerance. If the wheel shows signs of excessive wear, it's time to replace it.
