Using the MRTALPCH611LDC Manual Rotator/Tilter is easy. First, make sure the battery is fully charged. You can check the battery energy gauge. When lifting, select the appropriate number of pads according to the weight of the load. With 6 pads, you can handle up to 1100 lbs [500 kg], and with 4 pads, up to 736 lbs [334 kg]. Attach the pads to the heavy material and use the controls to create a vacuum. You'll see the green lift light when it's ready to lift. For rotation, manually turn it up to 180° edgewise and lock it in one of the 3 positions. For tilting, use the assisted manual feature to tilt it 90° between upright and flat. When you're done, use the blow - off feature for a quick release. As for maintenance, regularly check the vacuum system, including the vacuum gauges, filters, and reserve tanks. Keep the battery charged using the charger with the appropriate voltage (100/120/240) and Hertz (50/60). Make sure to operate it within the temperature range of 32° F to 100° F for both the ambient and the load. Also, be aware of the warning about cancer and reproductive harm.
