Using this pipe clamp saddle is a breeze. First, choose the right part number according to your pipe diameter. Place the clamp on the pipe, and use the swivelling V - blocks to fit it to the pipe's contour. Then, use the heavy - duty tension chains to securely attach the clamp to the pipe. You can easily adjust the drilling position to where you need it. When it comes to using the extension chains, if your pipe is larger than 10' for the ZRO 250 part, add one ZRO 001 extension chain. For the ZRO 500 part, if the pipe is larger than 20', add two ZRO 001 extension chains. As for maintenance, regularly check the tension chains for any signs of wear and tear.
