The Electric PIPE - MAX: A Multi - Functional Grinder and Sander
The front hard rubber contact roller drives the abrasive belt to effectively grind flat surfaces. It smoothly removes weld seams in a straight line, without any edges or wavy marks.
When sanding pipes or handrails, the flexible sanding belt conforms to every contour, allowing you to grind and polish to a high - gloss finish. Simply wrap the belt around the pipe, and you can polish the entire circumference in just a few steps.
You can maintain light and uniform contact pressure while following the external contour of the pipe diameter. The new contour concept with the elastic return roller enables the grinding and polishing belts to fit around the pipe's external diameter without much force.
The soft grinding roller made of PUR material also provides a comfortable experience for longitudinal grinding of flat surfaces, like removing spot welds or deep scratches.

Using the PIPE - MAX Electric Pipe Belt Grinder is quite straightforward. First, make sure you've chosen the right sanding belt for your task. Changing the belt is easy; just follow the simple steps to get it done quickly. For flat surfaces, turn on the grinder and use the front hard rubber contact roller to drive the abrasive belt over the area with weld seams. Keep a steady hand and move it in a straight line for a smooth finish. When working on pipes or handrails, wrap the flexible sanding belt around the surface. Apply light and even pressure as you move around the circumference. The elastic return roller will help the belt conform to the shape easily. Remember, you can adjust the speed of the grinder from 950 to 3500 RPM according to your needs. As for maintenance, always keep the grinder clean after each use. Wipe off any dust or debris from the belts and the machine. Check the belts regularly for wear and tear, and replace them when necessary. Also, make sure to use the correct power supply, either 110V or 220V as specified. And don't forget to refer to the provided PDFs for more detailed information.
