Steel Truck Dockboards

Our high-strength steel truck dockboards are built to last. Made from 55,000 psi steel, they offer long service life. The beveled edges at both ends ensure smooth entry and exit. The diamond-plated deck provides safe and efficient operation. Welded safety curbs add maximum strength. The locking legs reduce ramp movement and are uneven, allowing the dockboard to sit canted for easy floor pickup by fork trucks when not in use. They are located 12' from the dockboard edge, with a 11-degree bend 9' from the beveled edge. A standard lever lift enables quick portability with a fork truck. Manufactured in line with OSHA standards. Optional accessories include lifting chains, span locks, span pins/holes, and removable pickup loops. They are made from high-strength steel tread plate for great durability and come with patented lever lift for easy fork truck positioning. The beveled entrance and exit offer a smooth transition. Available in various sizes and capacities, from 10,000 Lbs. to 30,000 Lbs. All measurements are approximate, and slight variations may occur. Shipping weights are also approximate.

Using these truck dockboards is easy. First, position the dockboard at the dock edge. Make sure the locking legs are properly placed and secured to minimize movement. Then, use the lever lift to handle it with a fork truck. When in use, drive vehicles smoothly on the beveled edges for a seamless transition. As for maintenance, regularly check the welded safety curbs and the locking legs for any signs of damage or wear. Keep the diamond - plated deck clean to maintain its anti - slip properties.
