Description

This Aardwolf demountable frame, model DFF400, is perfect for storing and transporting finished work. It's great for moving materials within the factory or taking them to building sites. Many people prefer having two 'A' frames for one base. They keep one frame on the truck and the other in the factory on the base. When the truck returns from a job, they simply remove the empty frame from the truck, put a full one on, and place the empty frame on the base for reloading. It's a smart setup. You can load the frames onto the truck using a forklift or crane. Available demountable frames include DFF1500PC, DFF200, DFF400, and DFH200. The frame features a sturdy and safe structure for transporting materials. It's covered with a special rubber layer to protect the materials. There are two hooking points to attach to an overhead crane, and a stick-out handle makes material transportation easier. Here are the specifications: In metric (mm - kg), the width of the slab storage base area on each side is 300, the working load limit per side is 500, the total working load limit is 1000, the net weight is 162, the gross weight is 163, and the packaging dimension is L.1300xW.1020xH.330. In imperial (inch - lb), the width is 11.8', the working load limit per side is 1102, the total working load limit is 2204, the net weight is 357, the gross weight is 359, and the packaging dimension is L.51.2'xW.40.2'xH.13'.

Using this Aardwolf demountable frame is easy. First, decide if you want to use it for storing materials in the factory or transporting them to a building site. If you choose to have two frames for one base, keep one on the truck and one in the factory. When the truck comes back from a job, use a forklift or crane to remove the empty frame from the truck and replace it with a full one. Then place the empty frame on the base for reloading. Remember, the frame has a special rubber layer to protect your materials, so try not to scratch or damage it. When using the hooking points to attach to an overhead crane, make sure they are securely fastened. The stick - out handle is there to help you move the frame around, so use it to your advantage. For maintenance, regularly check the frame for any signs of wear and tear, especially the hooking points and the rubber layer. If you notice any damage, repair or replace the parts as soon as possible. Keep the frame clean and dry to prevent rusting. This will help ensure its long - term durability and safety.
