Our Blue Diamond® Grapple Fork is an outstanding attachment that can carry a wide range of items, from brush and logs to pallets and pipes. The adjustable cylinder mount point enables the grapple to open wider or close tighter according to your specific needs. You can choose tines with lengths of 42", 48", or 60", and it has a capacity of 4,000 lbs. Key features include 4 - position top clamps, a variety of tine sizes (48", 60", 72", 84", and 96") available, a width of 45", 3 - position top clamps with adjustments, included hoses and couplers, and it fits Class 2 fork tines. There are two models: one with part number 106009, which is a Grapple Fork Frame ONLY (Select Tines) weighing 426 lbs, and another with part number 106010, a 60” Wide Grapple Fork Frame ONLY (Select Tines) weighing 633 lbs. Using the Blue Diamond Grapple Fork is easy. First, make sure it's properly attached to your equipment. Adjust the cylinder mount point based on what you're lifting. If you need to grab large items, open the grapple wider; for smaller items, close it tighter. When choosing tines, pick the length that suits your job, like 42", 48", or 60". Make sure the load doesn't exceed the 4,000 - lb capacity. When not in use, store it in a dry place to prevent rust. Regularly check the hoses and couplers for any signs of damage and replace them if needed. Also, keep an eye on the top clamps to ensure they're working properly.
