The BMF™ Series wet/dry polishing pads are ideal for the finishing and restoration of engineered stone, quartz, and granite. These pads come in a 4-inch diameter and 0.5-inch thickness, and are packed 5 per box. They are suitable for use with a polisher or small angle grinder, with a maximum RPM of 3,000. Available grits include 80g, 120g, 180g, 200g, 300g, 500g, 1000g, 2000g, 3000g, 6000g, and 10000g, providing a wide range of options for different polishing needs.
Using these BMF™ polishing pads is easy. First, choose the appropriate grit for your project. If you're starting from a rough surface, begin with a lower grit like 80g or 120g. As you progress and want a smoother finish, switch to higher grits. Attach the pad to your polisher or small angle grinder. Make sure the machine is set to a speed below the maximum RPM of 3000. When using the pads, keep them wet for better performance and to prevent overheating. After each use, rinse the pads thoroughly to remove any debris. Store them in a dry place to avoid damage. If you notice the pads are wearing out or not performing well, it's time to replace them with a new set.
