Description

The CS75 (ATEX) Reciprocating Saw is a powerful tool that can accurately drive the blade through various materials. Whether it's for tough cutting tasks or daily repair and construction work, CS Unitec's air saw is your go - to solution. Its specially designed piston air - motors use low air volume but maintain high cutting speed under load. Ideal for applications where pneumatic power is needed for safety, this saw is safe around gas and other flammable materials, making it a great choice for fire and rescue operations. It can accurately cut steel pipes up to 6' in diameter and is perfect for cutting metal, timber, and fiberglass. With low vibration and low noise, it's a workhorse in fabrication, shipbuilding, oil and petrochemical, boat building, and aircraft maintenance. Fire and rescue professionals also rely on it. It has a 1 - 3/4' blade stroke, up to 1200 strokes per minute, and an easy - to - use STOP/Isolator button on the handle for safe blade changes. It uses any 3/4' (19mm) wide Bi - metal machine blade and is ATEX Certified EX II 2Gc T5 for use in hazardous areas. The motor power is 1 HP, it weighs 5 - 1/2 lbs, and has specific air consumption, pressure, and connection requirements. Standard equipment includes a Clamp Fixing Kit, a standard Pipe/Profile Clamp, five MB250/10 - 14 blades, air tool oil, and a plastic carrying case.

Using the CS75 (ATEX) Reciprocating Saw is straightforward. First, connect the air hose to the saw using the 1/4' NPT air connection. Make sure the air pressure is set to 90 PSI. Before starting, check that the blade is properly installed and the STOP/Isolator button is in the correct position. When cutting, hold the saw firmly and guide it steadily through the material. You can use it to cut metal, timber, and fiberglass. Remember, this saw is safe around flammable materials, so it's great for fire and rescue work. For maintenance, use the included air tool oil regularly to keep the motor running smoothly. After each use, clean the saw and store it in the provided plastic carrying case. If you need to change the blade, press the STOP/Isolator button on the handle for safety. And always make sure you're in a well - ventilated area when using the saw, especially in hazardous areas where it's ATEX certified.
