Using your ESD 162 dry core drill is easy. First, decide if you'll use it by hand or with a rig. For hand - held use, hold the drill firmly and start at a slow speed, gradually increasing to the desired RPM. When using a rig, make sure it's properly set up and secured. You can drill into brick or block up to 8 inches and reinforced concrete up to 6 - 3/8 inches without using water, thanks to the new technology. Remember, the dust extraction system is there to keep you safe, so always keep it on. As for maintenance, after each use, clean the drill and the dust extraction system.
