It offers long - lasting protection, significantly reducing the buildup of slag over time. With our ergonomic arm - mounted sprayer, you can quickly cover large surface areas. This simple yet effective measure stops slag from sticking to the slats of cutting tables. As a result, slag can be easily removed before it becomes a problem, saving you a huge amount of labor time and associated maintenance costs. Features include a ceramic formula that provides long - lasting protection even in extreme heat. The arm - mounted spray gun applicator allows for quick and easy product dispensing across large areas. Each 10 kg container can cover 500 sq ft. You can either paint it on manually or use the applicator, just remember to stir the solution before use. Clean the slats with a degreaser like Surfox Pre - Weld before application to ensure a strong, adhesive coating. Available in 500 ml (16 fl.oz.), 10 Kg (22 lb.), and 208 L (55 gal) containers.

Using E - WELD PLASMA™ is easy. First, if you're using it for the first time on your cutting table slats, clean them with a degreaser like Surfox Pre - Weld. This helps the solution stick better. You can apply the solution in two ways. You can use our arm - mounted spray gun applicator to quickly cover large areas. Just make sure to stir the solution well before using the applicator. If you prefer, you can also paint it on manually. Remember to coat the slats evenly. Each 10 kg container can cover about 500 sq ft, so plan your application accordingly. As for maintenance, regularly check the cutting table for any slag buildup. Since this product prevents slag from sticking firmly, it should be easy to remove the slag before it becomes a big problem. This will save you time and money on maintenance.
