Using the mobile bar cart is easy. First, make sure the cart is on a flat and stable surface. You can use a forklift or hoisting equipment to load pipes, bars, angles, or tubes onto the cart's cradle design. If you want to secure the load, you can add steel stakes (SKU# PS - 30), or use your own cut 2″x 4″ wood stakes or 1″ pipe/round from the jobsite. Remember that steel stakes of 1” pipe/round should not exceed 33.5” in length, and 2”x 4” wood stakes should not exceed 30” in length. When moving the cart, the diamond - pattern casters and wheels allow it to turn easily and move in any direction, which is great for tight spaces. Always distribute the load evenly across the cart to avoid overloading. The maximum weight capacity is 4,000 lbs, and it's based on the lowest capacity of either the cart or the set of casters/wheels. For maintenance, regularly check the casters and wheels for any signs of wear or damage. Clean the cart after use to prevent rust, especially since it's made of steel. If you notice any issues, make sure to address them promptly to keep the cart in good working condition.
