MRTALP Lifter Series

The MRTALP Lifter Series features a low - profile design, enabling it to work in tight spaces. With T - Arm and extension options, it can handle insulated metal panels. The Dual Vacuum models come with Intelli - Grip® Technology. This technology automatically monitors the vacuum and power systems, enhancing safety and efficiency while making maintenance and repairs easier. There are different models in this series. The MRTALP811LDC3 is suitable for flat and smooth surfaces like glass. The MRTALP810TDC3 is ideal for flat and textured surfaces in construction settings. The Panel Master (MRTALP4625DC3) is designed for insulated metal panels and can handle long roofing panels. The standard pad spread and load movement specifications vary by model. All models are equipped with features such as Intelli - Grip Technology, Dual Vacuum System, Adjustable - Position Lift Spool, and more.

Using the MRTALP Lifter Series is easy. First, make sure the battery is fully charged. Then, adjust the position of the lift spool according to the size of the load. Place the vacuum pads on the surface of the object you want to lift. The Intelli - Grip Technology will automatically monitor the vacuum and power systems to ensure a safe lift. When lifting, be careful not to exceed the maximum load capacity. For example, the MRTALP811LDC3 and MRTALP810TDC3 can handle up to 1100 lbs [500 kg], while the Panel Master can handle up to 600 lbs [270 kg]. When it comes to load movement, you can manually rotate the load 180° edgewise and lock it every 30°. The assisted manual tilt allows a 90° movement between upright and flat, with automatic latching in the upright position. For maintenance, regularly check the battery gauge. Replace the battery when it's low. Also, clean the vacuum line filters and vacuum reserve tanks. Inspect the spring - mounted vacuum pads for any damage and replace them if necessary. Keep the machine in a dry and clean place when not in use.
