Soudaseal Self Levelling is an outstanding SMX® sealant. It offers excellent adhesion to concrete and various other substrates. Ideal for driveways, walkways, pool expansion joints, concrete joints, and decks. Available in 29 fl. oz. pro packs. This self - leveling hybrid sealant has +/-50% movement capabilities. It can be painted in one hour (with prior testing). It's 100% solids, so no shrinkage, and is UV stable, meaning no yellowing or degradation. It's isocyanate - free, with no outgassing or bubbling. It has a fast skin time, picks up less dirt, and bonds to damp surfaces. The weather - resistant plastic cartridge guns the same in hot and cold temperatures. Available colors are Limestone and Tan. It meets ASTM C 920, Type S, Grade P, Class 25.
Using Soudaseal SL Self - Leveling Sealant is easy. First, make sure the surface is clean and dry. You can apply it to damp surfaces, but pre - testing for adhesion is recommended to avoid potential issues and determine the right surface preparation method. The sealant comes in a weather - resistant plastic cartridge that works well in both hot and cold temperatures. After application, it has a fast skin time, which means less dirt will stick to it. You can paint it after one hour, but remember to do a prior test. Keep in mind that values like curing time, hardness, etc., may vary depending on environmental factors such as temperature, moisture, and the type of substrate. Store it between 41°F and 77°F. Its shelf life is 12 months. This sealant is great for many applications like driveways, walkways, and pool expansion joints. For best results, follow the application temperature range of - 35°F to +140°F and service temperature range of - 40°F to +200°F.
