Superior Tool's 1-1/8" O.D. Screw-Feed Tubing Cutter is a top - notch tool. It can cut and deburr various tubes and materials up to 1 - 1/8". The fine - pitch threads offer extra torque when tightening. The heat - treated SXT™ alloy steel cutter wheel provides a smooth cut and is easy to replace. It can make clean cuts on copper, aluminum, and brass. With a pipe capacity from 1/8" to 1 - 1/8", it comes with a blade reamer attached. The zinc - plated body resists corrosion. A replacement SXT cutter wheel (Part 42835) is available separately. Proudly made in the USA.

Using this tubing cutter is easy. First, place the tube you want to cut inside the cutter. Then, tighten the cutter using the fine - pitch threads, which will give you extra torque. The cutter wheel will smoothly cut through the tube. After cutting, you can use the attached blade reamer to deburr the tube. When using it, make sure the tube is firmly placed to avoid uneven cuts. Keep the cutter clean after use. If the cutter wheel gets dull, you can replace it with a new SXT cutter wheel (Part 42835) that you can buy separately.
