The Achilli AFR 300 A - ZM is an amazing automatic bridge saw designed for cutting granite, marble, engineered stone, ceramic, porcelain, and more. It comes with a free blade! This saw is perfect for straight, miter, length, and cross - cutting of various materials like granite, marble, quartz, concrete, slabs, and counter tops. It's an automatic motor - feed bridge wet saw. With an electric panel at the end of the saw, you have full control over the speed and cutting of materials. You can adjust the speed on the X - axis in both forward and reverse directions. You also have complete control over the blade depth on the Y - axis from the control panel. There are standard feed rate stop buttons and a dedicated emergency stop button. The AFR 300 A can cut materials up to 4' thick and accepts 10', 12', and 14' blades, allowing for different cutting depths on multiple materials. It comes with 2 side extension tables that support full slabs of stone and can be mounted on both sides of the saw. It's almost fully assembled. Just take it out of the crate, attach the legs, wire the 220 3 - phase, attach the control panel, mount the blade and side extension tables, and you're ready to cut. Powered by a robust 5.5 HP (3400 rpm) motor, it can easily cut 2cm and 3cm stone without overworking. The X - axis movement is powered by automatic travel speed from the control panel, and the Y - axis blade height adjustment is powered by a 1/2 HP motor. It can also make 45 - degree bevel miter cuts for accurate results. The cutting bed is made of metal slats, which provide solid support, allow water drainage, and easy access to the water tank. It comes with a powerful laser system for faster and more accurate cuts. The water tank holds 64 gallons of water and has an integrated water system with a 1/2 HP water pump for continuous water flow and water recycling. It has a sturdy and compact structure, no foundations required. The main electrical panel has all the necessary controls, and it comes with useful accessories like side extension tables, side stops, service wrenches, and a laser. It has a 10' length of cut, weighs 1120 lbs, and has specific power and voltage requirements for different motors and the water pump.

Using the Achilli AFR 300 A Automatic Bridge Saw is easy. First, take it out of the shipping crate. Attach the legs to the saw. Then, wire it to a 220 3 - phase power source. Next, attach the control panel to the side of the saw. Mount the blade and the side extension tables. You can choose a 10', 12', or 14' blade depending on your cutting needs. Once everything is set up, turn on the saw using the main motor start/stop button on the electrical panel. Use the controls on the panel to adjust the speed on the X - axis, the blade height on the Y - axis, and to start or stop the cutting process. If you need to make a 45 - degree bevel miter cut, loosen the hand knobs on each side of the bridge, tilt it to 45 degrees, and then tighten the knobs. When using the saw, always make sure the water tank is filled with water. The water helps lubricate the blade and also gets recycled by the built - in pump. Don't forget to check the water level regularly. As for maintenance, clean the water tank periodically to keep the water flow smooth. Check the blades for wear and tear and replace them when necessary. Also, make sure all the electrical connections are secure and the motor is running smoothly. If you encounter an emergency, press the emergency stop button immediately to stop the saw.
