There are standard feed rate stop buttons and a dedicated emergency stop button. The AFR 300 A can cut materials up to 4' thick and accepts 10', 12', and 14' blades, allowing for different cutting depths on multiple materials. It comes with 2 side extension tables that support full slabs of stone and can be mounted on both sides of the saw. It's almost fully assembled. Just take it out of the crate, attach the legs, wire the 220 3 - phase, attach the control panel, mount the blade and side extension tables, and you're ready to cut. Using the Achilli AFR 300 A Automatic Bridge Saw is easy. First, take it out of the shipping crate. Attach the legs to the saw. Then, wire it to a 220 3 - phase power source. Next, attach the control panel to the side of the saw. Mount the blade and the side extension tables. You can choose a 10', 12', or 14' blade depending on your cutting needs. Once everything is set up, turn on the saw using the main motor start/stop button on the electrical panel. Use the controls on the panel to adjust the speed on the X - axis, the blade height on the Y - axis, and to start or stop the cutting process. If you need to make a 45 - degree bevel miter cut, loosen the hand knobs on each side of the bridge, tilt it to 45 degrees, and then tighten the knobs. When using the saw, always make sure the water tank is filled with water. The water helps lubricate the blade and also gets recycled by the built - in pump. Don't forget to check the water level regularly. As for maintenance, clean the water tank periodically to keep the water flow smooth.
