Using the Achilli SC500 stone slab transport cart is quite straightforward. First, make sure the battery is fully charged. When moving a stone slab from a boom and lifter in a vertical position, position the cart properly. Then, use the corded pendant control unit to adjust the worktop height according to your needs, which can range from 25' to 38'. You can easily load the slab onto the 77' x 48' table. Once loaded, you can move the cart around thanks to the 4 rubber wheels (2 fixed and 2 pivoting). When you reach the destination, like a saw or a workbench, use the rollers to unload the slab onto the work area. During use, always keep an eye on the battery level. If it gets low, use the included electric battery charger to recharge it. To maintain the cart, regularly check the rubber wheels for any signs of wear and tear. Also, make sure the hydraulic system is in good condition. The epoxy powder - painted surface should be kept clean. If you need to adjust the controls, use the telescopic panel for easy reach. Remember, the maximum loading capacity is 1102 lbs, so don't overload the cart. And keep the service wrenches handy for any minor repairs or adjustments.
