Our carton flow racks operate on a gravity - fed roller system, enabling convenient first - in, first - out stock rotation. You can select the number of levels that best suits your specific application. Each level can hold up to 1,000 pounds and comes with four pairs of rollers, each having a capacity of 50 pounds per foot. Additionally, each level includes five navider sections. The width of every level is 96 inches, and all the gravity flow racks stand 84 inches tall. Assembly is required, and units can be bolted together to increase depth. They have a baked - on powder coat finish for extra durability. There are different models available, like FLOW - 3 - 3, FLOW - 3 - 4, etc., with varying depths and quantities of flow levels. All measurements are approximate, and slight variations may occur. The weights shown are approximate shipping weights.

Using your carton flow rack is easy. First, assemble the rack as per the instructions. Make sure all parts are securely connected. You can then start loading your products on the levels. Place the oldest stock at the front of the rollers so that it gets used first as new stock is added from the back. When it comes to maintenance, regularly check the rollers to ensure they are rolling smoothly. If you notice any damage or wear, replace the parts as soon as possible. Keep the rack clean to prevent dust and debris from affecting the roller movement. When you need to expand the storage depth, you can bolt multiple units together. Remember, all measurements are approximate, so there might be slight differences in the actual product. Always handle the rack with care to avoid any unnecessary damage.
