Ground Tilter

The GLT - 4000 Ground Tilter is a top - notch solution for tilting tasks that involve pallet trucks for loading and unloading. It can rotate containers up to 45 degrees from the floor, allowing easy access to parts inside. The platform features a 17 - 1/2' high lip on the tilt side and comes with a removable positioning bar for smaller containers. Worker safety is a priority, with pinch point guards on the loading side. It has a standard 2HP 460V, 3 - phase motor, and other voltages are available. The remote power unit, covered by a protective shield, measures 12'W x 32 - 1/2'L x 12 - 1/2'H and comes with a standard hand pendant control. An optional foot control (model FC - 2) is also available. Platform size is 50'x48', capacity is 4,000 lbs, and it has a 1/2' lowered height for pallet truck access.

Using the GLT - 4000 Ground Tilter is easy. First, position your container on the platform. You can use the removable positioning bar if you have a smaller container. Then, use the hand pendant control (or the optional foot control model FC - 2) to start rotating the container up to 45 degrees for better access to its contents. When loading and unloading, be careful of the pinch point guards on the loading side to keep yourself safe. As for maintenance, check the motor regularly. Since it's a 2HP 460V, 3 - phase motor (other voltages available), make sure it's in good working condition. Also, keep an eye on the remote power unit and its protective cover.
