Over-The-Bucket Forks

Enhance your loader's functionality with the convenience and versatility of a forklift using Star Industries Over-the-Bucket Forks. These forks, along with brackets and shaft, are sold separately. We also offer CTI bucket forks with adjustable tine spacing, fitting buckets with or without teeth and suitable for multiple loaders. Operators can add and remove forks comfortably from the seat. Simply roll the bucket forward, engage the free-standing forks with brackets, and roll the bucket back to level the forks. The forks are forged from one piece of premium-grade carbon-steel and come with standard ¾-inch brackets. No tools are needed, and operators don't have to leave their seat. We offer different sets of tines. A set of two 1½” x 4” x 42” tines with a 5500 lbs. cap. per pair and a set of two 1¾” x 4” x 48” tines with a 6900 lbs. cap. per pair. We also have brackets and shafts available. The LBA170B is a set of 3 “Universal-Fit” weld-on brackets required for LBA170 and LBA180, and the LBA170-02 is a 2” x 80” solid steel shaft with retainers for LBA 170 and 180.

Using the Star Industries Over-the-Bucket Forks is easy. First, roll the bucket forward. Then, engage the free - standing forks with the brackets. Finally, roll the bucket back to level the forks. You can do this all from the comfort of your seat without using any tools. When it comes to safety, always make sure the brackets are properly attached before lifting any load. Also, check the weight capacity of the tines. The 1½” x 4” x 42” tines can handle 5500 lbs. per pair, and the 1¾” x 4” x 48” tines can handle 6900 lbs. per pair. Don't exceed these limits. For maintenance, regularly inspect the forks, brackets, and shaft for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any issues, replace the parts immediately. Keep the forks clean and lubricated to ensure smooth operation.
