The Quadra-Tilt Rotator (DC) with Intelle-Grip is a made-to-order vacuum lifter with a 7 - 8 week lead time. This versatile rotator/tilter offers tilt - assist, enabling operators to safely and efficiently tilt heavy materials. Its removable vacuum pads and extension arms can handle various load sizes and shapes. Dual Vacuum models with Intelli - Grip® Technology are now available. This technology automatically monitors vacuum and power systems, enhancing safety and efficiency while simplifying maintenance. Key benefits include increased productivity, reduced human error, easier maintenance, and protection of employees and property. Specifications include models like MRTA811LDC3 for flat and smooth surfaces (1400 lbs [635 kg] capacity) and MRTA810TDC3 for flat and textured surfaces (1200 lbs [545 kg] capacity), both with DC power. The Intelli - Grip™ Technology provides automatic self - testing, a color display, threat anticipation, battery monitoring, and multiple alarm levels. The lifter allows 360° manual rotation with automatic locking and 90° assisted manual tilt. It operates on 12 volts DC, 4.5 amps, weighs 200 lbs [91 kg], and has a specific pad spread. Standard features include a dual vacuum system, battery and charger, and more. The dual vacuum system offers redundancy and reduces the risk of failure.

Using the Quadra - Tilt Rotator is quite straightforward. First, make sure the battery is fully charged. You can check the battery energy gauge. Then, position the lifter over the load. The Intelli - Grip™ Technology will automatically test the lifter to ensure it's ready for use. Once it's ready, start the vacuum system. You can rotate the load manually 360° with automatic locking every 1/4 revolution, and tilt it 90° between upright and flat using the assisted manual tilt. When you're done, use the two - action, push - button release to drop the load. Here are some important things to note. Always check the vacuum gauges to make sure the vacuum is at a safe level. If the low vacuum strobe light or the low vacuum/power loss warning buzzer goes off, stop using the lifter immediately. The lifter should be used on surfaces that it's designed for, like flat, smooth, or textured surfaces depending on the model. For maintenance, regularly check the vacuum line filters and replace them if they're dirty. Keep the battery and charger in good condition. Make sure the spring - mounted vacuum pads are in proper shape and the (re)movable pad mounts are secure. If there are any issues, the Intelli - Grip™ Technology will give you visible and audible warnings to help you diagnose the problem easily.
