Thermal Break Design

The Plasti - Grip® PBLP2 Prong Washer is a 2 - inch plastic washer used with screws in PB (Polymer based) EIFS systems. Its low - profile design with a recessed hole covers the screw head, reducing thermal bridging. The keyholes firmly grip the base - coat finish. The patented prong feature enables pre - spotting for simple on - the - wall screw assembly without hand - assembly hassle. Use it with Grip - Deck® screws to attach EPS or XPS foam in polymer - based (PB) EIFS systems. It's approved by system manufacturers. *Patented and/or Patent Pending

To use the Plasti - Grip® PBLP2 Prong Washers, first, choose the appropriate self - drilling or hilo thread screws. It's recommended to use Grip - Deck® screws for the best results. You don't need to do any hand assembly. Thanks to the prong feature, you can pre - spot the washers easily on the wall and then do the screw assembly right there. These washers are designed for use in PB (Polymer based) EIFS systems to attach EPS or XPS foam. When using them, make sure they are in a clean and dry environment. Since they are made in the USA and approved by EIFS system manufacturers, you can trust their quality. As for maintenance, keep them in a dry place to prevent any damage. The low - profile design with a recessed hole helps reduce thermal bridging, so try not to damage this part. The keyholes are important for base - coat bonding, so avoid any impacts that might distort them.
